Discover your authentic self when you slow down and tune in with restorative yoga. Restoration happens when we take time to ease into poses and relax into the body,. Couple with intentional breath work (pranayama), you’ll experience the bliss of surrender and the joy of discovering your inner wisdom.

Gentle Flow

$15 classes (New Students $30 for 3)

Indulge in meditative movement by pairing breath and mantras to asanas (postures or poses). Flowing in a mindful way through the yoga poses offers the mind rest while building strength, endurance, and stability in the body. Leave a gentle flow class feeling rejuvenated, relaxed, and ready to take on your week.

Vinyasa

$15 classes (New Students $30 for 3)

Uncover and unleash your inner power in this 60 minute class. Intentionally connecting your every breath to the quick rhythm of postures makes this class the meditation that it is. While moving the body quickly and practicing more advanced poses both empowers and strengthens you, the fierce focus on breath to guide you through these positions is the real gem of vinyasa. Practice seeking comfort in the uncomfortable while on the mat, and perhaps the discomforts of life will become more bearable too.
