  • With the promise of strength building, vinyasa flow continues to offer the practitioner (you) meditative movement and relaxation. The body will flow from pose to pose in a fast yet intentional pace increasing the heart rate. During the practice of vinyasa and flowing through sun salutations, the mind lets go and lets the body.
